​At Cask & Stave, we offer a unique late-night experience with our hand-curated craft cocktail menu located in the heart of downtown Ashland, VA. Our mixologist has curated a menu that will offer some of our Cask’s Signature cocktails and a rotating series of Cask’s Craft weekly cocktails. When you visit Cask & Stave, you will be presented with our cocktail menu, which we will not vary from and will not substitute for. Why, you ask? Well, our answer is that we have worked hard to create these delicious libations so that we are sharing our craft, creativity, and passion with each of you. At Cask & Stave, we strive to set ourselves apart from others by creating a preset craft cocktail menu that everyone will enjoy. Christopher Keyser - Owner/Mixologist

Born and raised in Henrico and Hanover, VA, and a proud Ashland resident for 15 years, Chris brings 16 years of experience in the customer service industry and 2 years in the craft beer scene to his passion for mixology.​

For Chris, running the best bar in the neighborhood isn’t just a business—it’s a dream come true. He finds it incredibly rewarding, not only for the opportunity to share his craft but also for the friendships and memories he’s built along the way. Ashland, a community he’s proud to call home, holds a special place in his heart, and he feels honored to contribute to the charm and vibrancy of Downtown Ashland.

Jeremy Wilson - Owner/General Manager

born and raised in Opelika, AL, Jeremy has been proud to call Ashland his home for the past 4 years. With 27 years of experience in the customer service industry and 19 years in the craft beer, wine, and liquor scene, Jeremy brings a wealth of expertise to Cask & Stave. 

Over the years, Jeremy has developed a deep passion not just for the craft beer industry but for the industry as a whole. It’s given him the opportunity to meet new people every day and build lasting relationships. In a way, it’s rare to find someone who genuinely looks forward to going to work, but Jeremy is one of those people. The small-town atmosphere of Ashland has allowed him to be more involved in both the community and the industry. In his short time here, he’s come to appreciate the close-knit, small-town vibe and takes pride in being a part of the Ashland community and the craft beer scene. Jeremy proudly calls Ashland home and cherishes the meaningful connections he’s built over the years.
